Why only 1 infant care in Punggol Area???

True, most parents prefer babysitters because if the baby is sick, they do not have to take leave.  Babysitters are also more flexible in their caregiving schedule.  That reminds me of the time when my mother-in-law was looking after this 7-year-old girl.  The parents were supposed to pick her up between 7-8pm every day but there were many occasions when they came to pick her up at 10pm or 11pm and didn't even offer to pay for the late charges!
