Saw a weird man loitering around Rivieria LRT station on 31 Mar, Mon at about 9am.

Description: Abt 1.72m, fair & plump, seems to be in his 40s. Wearing gold-frame glasses, baseball cap (worn the other way round), grey singlet (sort of rolled up so his tummy was exposed), khaki jacket (weather was real hot that morning) and boxer shorts.

He noticed a girl going up to the LRT station and he quickly went up to the 5th floor of the nearby carpark so that he could see the girl who was at the LRT platform.

Anyone, who also happen to see him loitering around this area, pls be careful.
The less developed part of punggol can be pretty quiet and dangerous.

Would hope to see a Neighbourhood Police Post in Punggol soon, or at least police officers patrolling in this neighbourhood.

Btw maybe he was seeing his daughter off?
