unpleasant smell in Punggol and Sengkang

Yes, I do get the unpleasant smell almost every evening.  Maybe its becoz I am nearer to Malaysia?

Usually I only get burning smell outside my house. Not all the time but sometimes when I return at night from Jalan Kayu direction. As for the pungent smell from the river, I can't smell it from anywhere near my place but whenever I drive home from Tampines, I can always smell it when I cross the bridge or when I am travelling in Sengkang near the river.

Once I took a taxi and he mentioned that he pity the residents of the condo just beside the river. The smell there is extremely overpowering.

erm, you seems to have only complaints for punggol... so wondering why you have not shifted out to other estates which you might find them better... 

Looks like you either is trying very hard to maintain your property price or you are part of the RC.
But lauching a personal attack doesn't seem to be right.
Anyway, the freaking burning smell is fact, those bloody aircraft noise is true, the usual morning traffic jam is there, the hidden danger of illegal parking outside Punggol Plaza has never gone away, and ofcourse the measures or preventive ways from the authority in stopping all these has never exist!

And they are paid in millions and millions.... good job!
