unpleasant smell in Punggol and Sengkang

Even I can smell it every day in the evening at my block in edgefield plains.
And the smell is quite strong in punggol mrt in the evenings.

now the smell seems an every evenings affair. Previous year like 3 times a week. Is the air pollution gettting worst?

As discussed previously, if it's the air, it's from M'sia, if it's a pungent rotting smell, it's the huge longkang between Lor Halus and Punggol/Sengkang.
