The Third Executive Condominium Housing in Punggol

The third condominium housing project is located at the Eastern part of Punggol Town near to Serangoon River. The site is bounded by Punggol Field, Punggol Field Walk and Punggol East.

Directly opposite the Condo is Punggol Nautilus, Punggol 21 Plus Community Club and Punggol Plaza.

Diagonally on the right hand side stood a taoist temple. Next to it, a new nine storey high Nursing Home under constructon, to be ready by 2013.

Soil testing was carried out a week or two ago and the construction of the Sales and Showroom temporary Structure is underway.

So far there are no signboard, the name of the condo is not known, perimeter fencing not put up but workers, concrete pump, concrete mixers, trucks and excavators were at site working on the ground.

The following are pictures taken on the 16 January 2012. Looks like the developers are pushing hard to get the showroom / showflat and sales office ready for potential buyers.

There are ample carpark slots for hundredths of vehicles. At the same time, the road leading to the sales office are concreted right up from the main entrance.

Rain or shine, there won't be any muddy patches on the whole sales compound.
