The third Executive Condominium is Twin Waterfalls.

So the first EC is Prive, the second EC is Riverparc Residence and the third EC is Twin Waterfalls.

There will be a fourth EC in Punggol located at the intersection of Punggol Central and Edgefield Plains, and the developer is Qingjian (they recently won the tender for this EC; they are also the developer for Riverparc Residence EC). Think this EC would be launched in the last quarter of this year or early next year.

We survey every corner of twin waterfalls, went up to all the high rise HDB flats in the vicinity to locate some situable focal points to take pictures. There was none.

This also happens to Water Town. So my team decided to call these two projects a miss. It will not be featured.

Several months passed, let's revisit the construction site and see what's the latest development.

So far a ' hydraulic static pile driver ' was on site, not far away, a load test on concrete piles was in progress. Probably due to the recent holidays, an excavator was found working on site.

Two other construction sites also used the no noise, no pollution, no vibration, no smoke machine for driving precast reinforced concrete piles. One is the Punggol 21+ community club building, the other is the executive condominium RiverParc Residence.
