I've got a feeling residents are realizing the design of their flats don't have enough direct sunlight to dry their clothes? Guess what, people still need to dry their clothes or else have them smelling like damp feet, what else to do? Get people to invest on dryers, otherwise, they'll have to dry their clothes in someother way.
