Shopping Centre, Cinema and New Bus Interchange

Any one any idea when is the temporary bus interchange make way for the above ??

Till now the bus interchange is listed as "temporary"....

Sorry to rain on your parade, but from the way things are going, I believe it'll stay "temporary" for quite sometime.

I guess we won't see anything happening until new buildings start sprouting around the interchange area. Besides, economically speaking if any of the said facilities were to open now, they could end up being white elephants. I guess statistically speaking, there still isn't enough by way of local population to sustain a cluster of commercial buildings, shops entertainment facilities.

Just temporary interchange cost hundreds of thousands...perhaps they develop to permanent status next time who knows.. :-)

if i'm not mistaken
a shopping complex will be built beside the mrt
and that shopping comples will shelter the bus interchange
sort like sengkang type
