That's a very good point Koko51sg. I do agree with you wholeheartedly on your points and from where she's standing, the RCs are trying and doing the best they can. I applaude their efforts and the time they have taken.

It is unfortunate that sometimes the choice of words can indeed rile up unwarranted emotional responses. Attitude and communication skills are important when it comes to public service... a skill that needs to to cultivated through experience and time.
