Re-painting for our flats?

may be the paints are still under warranty.So just brush through will do. We paid such high conservancy charges to have this kind of standard. Why can't they do the same with Marine Parade, Tg Pagar and And Mo Kio?

ya, can this be feedback to the RC? the blocks shd be repainted inside out. We are already paying such higher conservacy fees and the flats still looks old inside void decks and along corridors... it's so sad looking
