Superficial work.
Didn't see any cleaning or scraping off those old peel off paint work before applying the coat of new paint.
If I didn't remembered wrongly, I used to see in older estates that prior to painting a new coat, the entire block is usually washed after scraping of those peeled off paint.
Then after a new coat is furbished, it will stay longer.
But in PunkGo, don't really see that.
Maybe just to make the exterior look nice in time to welcome NDP.

may be the paints are still under warranty.So just brush through will do. We paid such high conservancy charges to have this kind of standard. Why can't they do the same with Marine Parade, Tg Pagar and And Mo Kio?

If the goondu in charge of painting the flats in MP, TP or AMK dare to do that, he is painting his path into his own grave.
