recall there was a change in practice to allow national flag to be display all year round.
search the web and only find the following article.

i'm one of those lazy ones so i dun display the flag. coz u've to follow the "law" - have to remove it a mth (i think) after ND. Undecided

Oh is it? There's this unit at the block opposite mine, hung it 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.

I find it rather ridiculous to make us to remove it a month after ND. Shouldn't we show support everyday, not just a month and after ND?

Another thing is .. I feel that they should distribute free flags.

erm, like to ask, can we hang other nations' flags if we are from other countries??

then let say if i like a certain football club, can i hang their flag on my window?

I saw one unit in Blk 192 dispaying Liverpool flag at the window. Very obvious.
