Since the dismantling of the overhead tower cranes in June 2011, it's been almost 5 months, the constructional progress at site is not very encouraging.

Block 622 D consisting of a Super Market, 4 shops and a eating house is still not at sight, probably delay because it is located at the main entrance to the construction site.

The single storey carpark with landscape deck and other recreational facilities are still under construction.

Touching up rough surfaces on Building facades are still on-going and suspended gondolas are still hung up to most of the blocks. Painting is still in progress.

On the ground, the site is still full of activities.

Anyway, Punggol Spectra is quite unique as compared to other Punggol BTO'S. Each Block is painted with a different colour scheme. Even the water-tanks high up in the sky blends with the colour schemes of the main block.
