From past experiences, the interior outfitting work is usually about 2 to 3 months behind in comparison to main pre-fabrication of the building.

Interior outfitting includes kitchen and toilet, such as wall tiles, floor tiles if any, power plugs and switches, wash-basin, wc, doors etc. Preparation of wall surfaces for paintwork and so on.

Externally although the building looks complete, reachng the roof level, the interior finishes probably reach floor 12nd or 13rd floor.

On completion of external paintwork, removal of overhead tower crane, clearing of debris on site, should the interior work be near 100%. Still there is touching up work to be done on the final stages before certification for hand-over. Smiley

Within 30 minutes a Gable Wall was lifted by the overhead tower crane, cleverly manoeuvring it's way from ground to the top of Block 622C.

It was put in place, aligned only by a team of 3 workers, secured, properly strutted by steel scaffold poles to floor slab.

The whole operation from beginning to completion only took a mere 30 minutes. ( fantastic )
