Punggol Spectra ( work in progress )

Have a look at four blocks along Punggol Central :

Block 623B with red colour scheme.
Block 623C with yellow colour scheme.
Block 622A with blue colour scheme.
Block 622B with orange colour scheme.

A complete primary colours display.......red, blue and yellow splash along Punggol Central. Orange is a secondary colour.
