Several months gone......

Punggol Point with the beverages establishment is far from completion. The proposed fountain seems to be only a lily pond without lillies. Only a few extra ordinary rounded large leaves floats on the water.

The new jetty extension building seems completed, but the area has'nt been spruced up. Still in a mess. Temporary massive plastic barriers are still everywhere. Workers are still moving around, though it is almost 6.00 plus pm.

At the jetty, many boys are fishing. Newly married couples are having a picture taking session inspite of the unfinished site condition.

Police officers are still occupying the run-down shed. They should deserve a better working place / enviroment.

Honestly, I dun see it coming for the longest time. Haiz... The construction and work doesn't seems to progress. Last few days drove to punggol point to check on the progress its the same as November 2010. Double haiz
