  haiz... i have being hearing his since Punggol Plaza started... 

if Mac is coming in... must be the mgt covering the rumors that the director is the boss for koufu food court and Punggol Plaza... butie with fast food in it wouldnt hurt ma... it will increase crowd!!! ai yo where cant earn all the $$$...

but heard from aunties around the market says that the mgt there are buyers as the rent there not standard... for instance- they were saying that the watch shop at the main entrance is not abt $1.5k+ and the next store is x3 times the rent... Oh man so X... maybe he got string....
