Two days back, I realised that some of the foreign youths in SG who are not behaved can caused a problem in our neighbourhood.

We (me wife and daughter) were at the playground at Blk 187 Punggol at 8+pm.  Then there were two youths who kicked their football round the playground and at the playground boundary and equipment.
Due to their disregard for the safety of the children playing at the playground, some of the frequent children/guardians left. Suddenly, the football flew by my two year old and the youths continued bashing the football around. I hailed at them to lookout and that was when the youth turned on me aggressively.  My wife attempted to diffuse the situation but the youths begin staring down my kid, my family as we walked around and away.  When another group of passerbys came, we walked away.  It was clear that these youths had a China accent and could be students studying Singapore.

I think something must be done.....

Be afraid be very afraid of these bloody CHINAMEN..they not only murder people which we Punggolian saw what happened in BLK 171B some years back but also cheat old people into buying stones that have magical powers and robbed them of their life savings.

Recently, my neighbor sold his flat to another a fellow Singie and to my surprise it was rented out to a  group of CHINAMEN who turn the 4-room flat into a hostel with 3 nos of double decker beds in the living room don't know how many more in the bedrooms though. They live the door open till midnight and make so much noise, worst some stand outside half naked, smoking and littering along the common corridor. They do that in CHINA and think they can do it here too!!!

this is what i'm fearful of...
cos home is a place where we can relax after work in a stressful workplace..
if returning home, we are still bothered by our inconsiderate neighbours...
that's no ending...
pls.. anybody reading this thread..
be considerate to your neighbours...
thank you!!

Punggol is a cheap estate. Rental is the cheapest compare to AMK, Toa Payoh, Bishan. That's the reason so many foreigners living here.
