let c how much punggol has developed in the next GE and will ppl still bite the same piece of cake again.

they will offer the cake with different decorative...... based on what is the need then?

Just out of curiosity, if BTO is out for 3000 residents. Then our these flats will not be sellable?

in the short run, it should mean tat our flat will dip slightly in terms of demand.. but in the long run, more pple may translate to more amenities (eg, town centre) then our house value should increase..

i hope they dun build any more exec flats tho.. then value of my house will be higher...
