The only way to boost population?? Ask our friends/relatives whom are thinking of shifting to new houses to THINK of settling down in Punggol!! The reason..

1. Though this is a small town. The starting sale price of Punggol flat is still cheaper then any matured estate. Prices will definately grow when pple starts to settle in (I am sure will be better price then Sengkang flats!)

2. You want Rustic/Sub urban area PUNGGOL is the best solutions!

3. Best place to mingle with our young neighbourhood. PSG will always be there for you.

4. Enjoy the great air-defence in town as early as 6:00am and as late as 10:30pm in June - National Day.
