hi all... some updates...when i email URA.. also got cc MP penny low... but URA reply didn't cc her lor... so hor.. this is what the GRC rep 's follow up em to URA...

Hi, I still don't understand the letter.

If URA didn't reply to Penny Low, how on earth Penny knows that URA has replied to you but never cc to her?

hmm.....so someone (mysterious)  is reading this forum then.

oh.. the story goes like that.... i emailed URA on 18th oct.. then one week still no reply.. so i email URA again on 26th Oct to ask for a reply to my previous mail... this time cc the MPs.. however, URA replied almost immediately on 26th oct but did not cc the MPs.. so the MPs didn't know that URA actually replied my email lor.. so got the above email....
