Punggol Spring is a HDB BTO project comprising 494 four rooms. It is located next to Punggol Secondary School and within walking distance from the Damai LRT station.

4 room flat with an area of 92 to 97 sqm costing between $204,000 to $259,000.

Here is a list of pictures showing the actual building construction / fabrication of the units and the installation process at site to date.

Punggol Spring is towards the left hand side of the picture. Residents of Punggol Spring should be able to enjoy the central portion of the beautiful stretch of the Waterway.

Punggol Spring consists of five blocks of 17 storey apartments and one block of multi-storey carpark.

Tentative completion date : second quarter of 2011 ( or June 2011 )'

As it is today, the main buildings are almost completed. Workers are now working at the top level usually housed the water tank structures and piping systems.

As per schedule, Punggol Spring is set to complete three months earlier than Damai Grove which is next door.

Most of the building construction had reached it's top level.

Workers besides working on the water-tanks are also preparing gradually for the surfaces of the facade for painting work.

Two " gondolas " are hoisting workers up and down building facades, applying cement grouts to smoothen the walls. Others are filling up uneven gaps when pre-fabricated units are fitted together.
