Drilling pile holes, inserting steel cylindrical tubes, prefabricated steel cage and concreting will carry on for at least few weeks before the actual building construction.

In HDB's lingo, community facilities include coverways within the estate, precinct pavilion, pergola, shelter, taxi / car drop off roof structure at entrance and built up parks and benches.

It includes children playground.

Opposite punggol sails, across the road at punggol central, a hugh shopping centre is going to be built. SM says it's going to be bigger than junction 8 at bishan.

So probably there will be no shops on the ground floor of punggol sails. If there is, it has to close in no time.
