For the past forty days, work on foundations / footings had been completed. The construction is still at ground level.

The management / contractor had put up a Block signboard indicating Block 208B to make sure that deliveries of materials are delivered / stored correctly.

Workers are busy extending steel fabrication for columns. In another few weeks, we should see the first floor taking shape.

Similarly, a sign was also put up for Block 208A. Constructional progress is on par with Block 208B, having completed both foundation and footing ground work.

Part of Punggol Sails are situated close to the TPE expressways. The up and coming Punggol Crest could be worst.

Look at the picture, probably you don't want to imagine how disturbing the traffic noise could affect our eardrum, especially during peak hours.

Block 207A, near to Punggol Crest, started construction earlier, managed to complete the columns and are now at level one.

The mobile concrete pump can be seen concreting the foundations at the adjacent connecting block. Next to it, excavators are busy removing subsoil to recover concrete piles.

Work is moving fast as from now.......
