Painting of the building and glazing of window panels are still in progress. In places where the vertical elevators are still working, touching up of the facade and painting work should be carried out while dismantling work is progressing. ( area marked within the green rectangle )

Some Blocks in Punggol Regalia were fully completed with glazing, final painting with Block Numbers fixed ready to be handed over to buyers.

Touching up still going on on the following :

* Drop-off-Porch / Linkway / Precinct Pavilion
* Trellis
* Playground
* Open Spaces
