A view of Regalia from an open field reserved for the construction of a mosque. The mosque is located at a corner of Punggol Sails under construction.

Workers at Regalia are concentrating on touching up building facades, sanding down rough surfaces, primming, preparing for painting.

In fact certain block facades along Punggol Place had been painted.

Some window casements had been fitted with glass panels.
