Punggol Sapphire consists of 1,065 flats. 760 units of 4 room, 282 units of 5 room and 23 units of loft apartments.

Punggol Sapphire is located at the junction of Punggol Field and Punggol Walk within walking distance from the Soo Teck LRT Station.

The earlier pictures of Punggol Sapphire were taken from Punggol Field and Punggol Walk featuring the fourth, fifth, and six storey flats under construction.

Those flats facing Punggol Central are in the more advance stages of completion, ranging from the eight to ten floor levels.

Take a look at picture 1618, the LRT station is Soo Teck Station. A little away is the famous " Matilda " bungalow. ( of course not forgetting it's many ghost stories ).

Once there are even rumours that the authorities may convert it into a tourist spot. If it happens, then this place will be flooded with tourist and tour buses. Hope it won't materialized.
