There was an announcement in today's paper of the new project launch under the heading, " Big and beautiful Punggol ". The proposed development of waterway resort style housing sits in front of Punggol Emerald. It is served by the Sumang Lrt station.

Will this block the view of residents of Punggol Sapphire and Punggol Emerald are left to be seen. Probably only an angle view of the waterway, left and right, giving residents only a side elevational view.

Let's wait and see.

Up to date structural progress pictures for blocks 269A and 270A.

The last progress pictures were taken on 9th June 2010. Block 269A completed level eight, level nine progressing with several columns and store / bomb shelter hoisted up and put in place.

Today, block 269A reached tenth level, floor eleven in progress. As it is a Sunday, not much activities are going on.

Block 270A dated 9th June 2010, completed nineth floor level. Several columns are up on back units 217 and 219.

Today the tenth floor were completed. On the eleventh floor, several facades with aluminum frames are up. The aluminium window frames are protected with dark blue plastic protective shield.
