Complaint 1 :-
The premise in Pearl Student Care Centre was having loud band practice or shouting after 7pm or 8pm on many occasions (that was not a single incident)... I do not think they are the students in the centre, but rather friends of the owners.

Complaint  2 :-
On Saturday 5 Aug, we saw a big group of teenagers (about 40) of secondary age coming in and out of the Pearl Student Care Centre, busy preparing for their BBQ, from the past incident where one bench was seriously damaged after a BBQ at 6th floor car-park-garden, I guessed the benches in ground floor would be damaged after their BBQ.  This was because they placed 2 portable pits on the benches.  The students were quite ignorance of the passing children when we walked from carpark to the lift, as they ran about indiscriminately.  The next morning, it was cleared that some plants were damaged as those students walked on the plants for shorter passage to the benches, the two benches were slightly burned, and a big bag of opened-charcoal of scattered on the grass mad.

These people are so inconsiderate, common sense tells u that u should do BBQ on wooden benches and worst of all, they damage it.........I often saw people sitting at the benches especially in the evening time, how could they do such thing especially when it doesn't belongs to them and the best part is the adults in the centre actually allowed they to do it. Sigh......... Sad

I personally feel that the Town Council should look into this or else, they might have more BBQ sections at the same place again and again without having someone to tell them off or give them a warning.
