Ladies!! Alert!!... A weird guy!!.. Beware

not sure if he is the same guy with tights. My maid recountered he was in T-Shirt, shorts and slippers.  He is Chinese, tan skinned, macho or muscular, age about 30+, short hair.

Spoken with the school vice principal she told me they have had previously reported this guy with tights at other PCF's and police had actually patrol around, found him and questioned him. Think that was all that was done.  Anyway heard he is not seen these days. 

Have allerted other maids who had same encounter before, to call police once he is seen (they know how he looks like).

Is Punggol really unsafe??? Does this thing still happens?? I am going to move to Punggol soon...If let's say 1 day i meet this kind of person and I decided to hit him...am i in the wrong from the law point of view?? Really wants to bash this kind of people to make Punggol a better place to live in. Apart from that, I do love boxing as well. lololol

Punggol was quite safe when I moved in some 6 years ago, peace and tranquil that is why I chose punggol to start my family but the recent influx of China Chinese/Indian Indians/Filipinos/Nigerians/Indonesians "fallen talents" in our area has made punggol so unsafe. Well, perhaps every estate is the same now, can't run away from this immigrants that bring their bad habits and crime to Singapore.

So many bad habit such as spitting saliva in the lift and everywhere started to appear. Seems like PRCs are doing that. Even in their own country, these people will just spit in front of you.

Those murder crimes reported in the newspaper seemed begin from PRCs too.

Not surprising Punggol is the estate these people choose to stay. Because rental is cheaper and the estate is newer and so called 'quieter'.
