Angry Aiyoh!! We had several experiences , the neighbour above smokes and throws the cigarette butts on to our air-con ledge, worst he throws on our laundry and once had burnt holes on to our expensive bedsheets.. Reported to the town council...stopped for a while and then it continued again...their maid also hangs super wet laundry which drips down onto our laundry...don't know what to do...town council/HDB useless

don't understand : wet laundry-no washing machine?? even then every unit got toilets, can wash clothings there but can't hang to drip dry inside!!!

pounding of food - doing it during 'reasonable' time of the day get just bear with it lah.(maybe the unit don't hv those food blender, or old folk is the one doing the cooking, and don't know how to use one)

cooking without the use of ventilator(cooker hood) - even if it's switch on, the smell/oil still in the air, especially using lots of oil to cook.

Why don't you sue your neighbours for damage of personal property in the case of burnt laundry? You'll, of course have to prove that it is them.
