does anyone hv any suggestions... my lift landing is like a dumping ground... pple throw all their trash there.. one of my neighbours even stuck a notice that read: "This is not a dumping ground"  I dont understand why these inconsiderate pple can't walk a few more steps to the garbage centre and throw their bulky rubbish there.  Even with the bin there.. they still leave their trash outside the bin... anyone has any correct measures to implement?  Undecided
