Inconsiderate Neighbours

my immediate neighbours are good too. No burning incense papers, no plants along the corridor, no hanging of laundry along the corridor, no pets.

Only the upstairs and downstairs. Playing piano at such late hours, hanging clothes at night making the noise on the poles, shouting at children, the child jumping and banging the doors. For goodness sake...

the best part is, probably these people don't even realize that they are inconsiderate.  

or... mebbe we should blame the pple who build our flats.. for making such thin walls.. that downstairs can hear upstairs.. even when flushing toilet.. the stupid pipe making so much noise

my immediate neighbour closed their door all the time, hardly see them. But their kids only practice piano 11pm till mid-night. Maybe too much study so only left late night to practice the piano.
my up neighbour looks like a foreign man staying alone. Once awhile can smell nice cooking and his smoke.
my down neignbour closed window throughout, never even hang the clothes out to dry at all.
