Hi Damien, for the benefit of potential buyers, are the featured interiors from Blocks 105D, 126C or 173C ? Those built-in structures at the entrance , living room and the kitchen are to be sold as a complete package.......right ?

Recent newspaper reported that valuation of private properties are fast going up. Even the new NTUC condo at Yew Tee are selling at SGD 495 per sq. ft. The resale HDB market is catching up .........my question is  ........Is this a good time to buy HDB resale flats ? Any comments from housing agents and punggolians ? chitchat

HDB resale prices should go down.   Due to our unique economic position, the middle-income earners, who are majority are HDB Flat buyer, will find that their income is uncertain.   Firstly, due to increase in GST, secondly, the gap between middle-income and higher income is so wide, thirdly, HDB is oversupplying the market by building more new 3-4 rooms HDB market eventhough thousands of HDB flats remain unsold Fourthly, 2007 will see a danger of oil crisis as US is paying attention to attacking Iran and no doubt they will attack Iran as now they already send their 2nd Aircraft carrier near Iran.   The attack could be as soon as next month during chinese new year.

The rise of property prices is only for high end properties....not all properties in Singapore. Coz the rich could afford it as the low and middle income earners in Singapore work so hard to make them richer and richer.
