arghhhh my direct upstairs neighbour can really drive me nuts

i can tolerate if the kids jumping up and down

but what i cant tolerate is when they hang their clothes to dry,
they will slam the bamboo pole on the metal railing
thus create a din
its fine with me as i know its the HDB design fault by using aluminium to support the clothes dryer
but please place the bamboo pole gently especially early in the morning and late at night
the rest of the neighbour i observe tend to be considerate
they too sometimes hang their clothes out with a din but
they try not to slam it especially during odd hours
but not the person that live directly on top of me

Wat abt the barkings from dogs?  Me like pet dogs but not when owners are so inconsiderate to let their dogs bark nonstop everytime when there is someone outside ( neighbour or its owner) even late at night.
