Think cannot have too many dogs. especially too big ones. Will be tortuous to the dogs. Can check with HDB.

I can definitely empathise with those whose inconsiderate neighbours think nothing of using the common corridor as if it were their own, & blocking the walkways with their personal belongings. Smacks of selfish & devil-may-care attitude.

There's this particular resident around my area who has a penchant for throwing rubbish out of the window in the middle of the night (usu after 2am), & I've been trying to catch the person without any success. We all know that littering is bad, but for the person to treat the window as a rubbish chute is absolutely unacceptable! For all u know, that person could be throwing killer litter one of these days.

What's the best way to nab the person? Identifying the exact unit it came from is a challenge, given that the offense is often committed in the middle of the night & I don't have any special gadgets to do the monitoring.
