My has many wind chimes. So when the wind is "heavy", it is soooo "musical"

well i could understand you guys.....well for me i had a few of my favourite jersey which is put out hang to dry and few jeans and pants damaged, by cigarettes being thrown out of the kitchen window by some uneducated people above.....one of it was 3/4 burnt and there was once i had all the laundy damage by dripping bleach.....i still dont understand, we're living in the modern society and in a very young neighbourhood yet there's still idiotic people ,well i guessed they must be from village somewhere....
