Instead of waiting anxiously for the keys, owners should start planning on how to decorate your new home.

Smiley Smiley My humble opinion :

1. Decide on whether you intend to plan your own interiors or engage an interior designer to do it. An exact floor plan may not be necessary for the moment. A prive catalogue should be sufficient. The final floor measurement is useful for final details.

2. Visit as many furniture malls as possible to take a look at bedroom sets, sitting room furnitures, kitchen cabinets, fittings, accessories and so on.

3. Calculate and work out a budget for your decoration..

4. Visit as many executive condo showhouses as possible to see how others decorate their homes.......probably owners may wish to discuss, learn from each other, brainstorm as to how to decorate the best you can and spend the minimum.....

5. Any more ?? 6 ??

The above video / design showing a concealled double-decker bed within a wall cabinet for 2 kids and another wall with a collapsible double bed for the parent is a fanstastic idea.

Next another sliding panel in between acting as a partition between kids / parents room with a hidden writing table top. On top of it when everything is hidden, it is only a one room condo @ 495 sq.ft.

thumbs up much more classic than a one room HDB unit.
