Duh.. Blk 31 no news yet.. Looks like my family heading for the Chinese 7th month move..  Sad

TOP is issued for entire development. Key by batch normally by blocks. So 37. 35, 33, 31 is likely the order (31 was completed last I think). From other HDB experience, it can take 1.5 to 3 months to issue all the keys. Btw, lunar  7th month is 7 Aug to 4 Sep.  The last batch might get to move past the 7th month (after 4 Sep) after all.
