For those that have already got the key, may we know the process. That is when u got the letter, do you need to call the management office to call for appointment when to collect the key at the club room @ PRIVE ?? Please advise. Thank you

1) receive a sms from lawyer office then followed by an email
2) go pay maintenance fee plus survey fee in lawyer office and collect password & login ID
3) after chq cleared, go on-line with password to book the day & time to collect ur keys
4) collection is at the clubhouse
5) wow la --- u see your new home
