Good for those who have got the flat at a much low price. Good buy best buy & must buy if it really come at a lower price. Runner you certainly will have the best deal. All the best on your selection.

When i 1st moved in, there's only bus service #83, not MRT or LRT.
Wherever u go, must go Sengkang 1st. hahahaha...
