Waiting for my place in Coralinus Phase One. A long wait. What is the average wait time from Balloting to Collecting the Key?

welcome to pg H2O. I pass-by the other day seem like it still under construction. Estimated 2 more quarters. Once complete it will be very fast. Nice place near to the MRT station.

Near MRT and the proposed Reservoir. I like Punggol for it's proximity to the sea and it is not as built-up as the other mature estate, in where the only strip of land without residential or commercial buildings are the roads.

H2O, I was lucky, 1 year from balloting to getting key. That was an anomaly.

I applied in May, went for selection in Sep. But decided postpone cos didnt find a unit i liked.
Feb was called up again for another selection, chose my flat, at a much lower price than Sep. Heehee.... lucky.
