but i hope hdb/tc (which ever agency wants an exra workload)
will fence up the basketball court

this is not only to prevent the ball from going out of bound thus kena others
that is using the lane
but also to keep out people who like to take short cut
when the players are playing there

It may not be the players. Most likely are the upper pri and sec students cos saw them up there in the afternoon after school.
Once saw TC ppl happen to pass by the playground where a few sec sch boys were up there. The boys quickly came down and ran away.

I think most of the basketball courts in Punggol or anywhere else are all dangerous to anyone... cause even if the players help look out for people, the balls dont have eyes ---- accidents do happen.. so take care of yourself instead of asking someone else to look out for you
