just hope there isn't anymore of this type of "bad" publicity of our neighbourhood.

actually, nowhere is singapore are safe from all these stuffs..unless you lock ur cars up lor..
I somehow feel limited exposure of the issues are good as it shows how vocal and net savvy as punggolians.
And also will be the report card for us to see...
Well for this case, i think the police deserve some credits for napping the teens fast..

I've read somewhere on the newspaper that juvenile delinquents can be sent to Army at early age (16) to deter them from getting bad to worst and be useful tool to the society.
