Have you called Sengkang Police station ? I'd love to hear what they say. Ask them why they don't patrol here more often or have a NPP in Punggol ? Think they patrol in their patrol car can catch these vandals ?

I hope the URA can send out more parking warrants / aunties can patrol the carpark more often (because it seems they are the only authorities who bother to patrol in the MSCPs), especially during off-peak hours to fine drivers without displaying parking coupons as well as to be a look-out on these itchy-hands.

I'd love the traditional Iranian punishments to melt out on these itchy-hands...to have their hands chopped off !
