Only monitor Punggol more frequently ? That is a very normal answer. Do they mean they have not monitor Punggol not as frequent as before ? It means they can do it in the first place but choose not to until such things happen.

I will call them to ask them !

 Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry So sad......... I now worry for my car that is parked here at 131. Why do people do such things?!!!! We are not rich and spray painting the car back can be very expensive. This money can be better use for our meals on the table and for our children. We can't possibly park our cars in our living room right?!!! So sad and worrying!  head banging

Yes. This definitely makes all car owners in punggol to worry about and me too. Undecided

This culprit is really something, even go around the MSCP and vandalised five separately parked cars.  Angry
