I dun't buy much usually non-food items, packed juices once a while some vege (those that still fresh & can keep one like carrots). They still have a fresh fish counter and it also attracts the files.

Most people will buy from Punggol Plaza becos there are many shops and food there. If there's a 4D or Toto shop at the Meadows sure increase crowd hee..

once Giant open its shop in Tampines ave 10

i think the shops here will suffer very badly

as it only need a 10 min ride or drive
20 min of bus ride number 34
