i'm glad there's a mart replacing prime...but on the other hand if short of cash then i have to travel all the way to punggol plaza to the posb atm and definitely will shop at the ntuc there...

bought a packet of 5 oranges wrapped with styrofoam the other day. Later at home, found one of the oranges to be rotten at the bottom. Brought the orange back immediately, but the cashier said cannot change. How to support them?

Just to add...though the shop's name is Budget Value...things are not cheap there...NTUC is even cheaper than Budget Value.

they are running a business and providing a certain level of convenience to the residents. folks, let's not make any personal attacks on the value shop. do we expect a coldstorage or wat??
