Annoying Honda Civic Alarm!!!

I stay in punggol eastdale and there is this dark blue colour honda civic which is park on the 4th storey of Blk 650 MSCP which had a malfunction alarm system which give off day n night!!! Can I know who I can contact to lodge a complaint!!! this have been going on since early feb!!! This stupid car have disrupted my sleep as my blk is just next to the MSCP. Could the driver of this 90's civic pls get your alarm check or even change your car batt!!!

Anyone have the same experience as me??

the owner itself is unaware

like my case
my car alarm went off 1 night without me realising it
next morning somebody put a note on my windscreen
with words politely written
then i found out my alarm will trigger after a few hours or so

bro... yrs is one nite... this honda civic case is everynite... I wonder why he is still ignorance about it when I actually put a note on his windscreen liao!!! left me no choice but to check who i can lodge a complaint.

Are you refering to Dark Blue Honda Civic No: SBT3557L ? Always park at the 4th storey of Blk 650 MSCP? It really a nitemare!! It even happend during day time!!!

One of my neighbour have lodged the complaint to Town council, but, they claimed that they only can refer the case to HDB Car Park Dept, they will try to trace the owner. What are the action will be taken by HDB will still a

Anyway, no harm, you may lodge a complaint to Punggol-Pasir Ris Town Council, Tel no: 6585 4938. Email : fm@prpg-tc.org.sg. Hopefully, if all the punggolian lodge a complaint at the same, the related department will take the necessary action to solve our problem ASAP... heeee....
