nevermind, may be we can gather our neightbour to sign on the letter, then, send to Town Council..... or.... anybody have better suggestion? I am going to be crazy soon, it also happend during day time leh....

Hi, we lived in blk 649 and we heard the alarm too. Being trying to find out which car is it.
Since someone had already left a note to the car owner to no avail, I have this suggestion:
why not we call newpaper hotline? only problem is I will be in office everyday and it will be difficult to arrange for the reporter to come (assuming they are willing to take up this 'news').

Dear all,

I have lodge a complaint to Seng Kang NPC and they are tracking down the owner of this civic. I called the HDB enforcer unit but they ask me to refer this case to the NPC. The officer whom I spoke to have dispatch a unit to check on the ride and will contact the owner soon.

If need to, will those affected and have posted here pls give your accessment on this case if required.

I hope my action have help to make our eastdale cluster a more pleasant place to stay!!!
